    • Our training programme is delivered by Directors and experienced Consultants who are still actively involved in client recruitment. The trainee programme is structured to provide sessions to learn best practice to be implemented alongside on the job training supported by external resources. It equips trainees with the skills, market knowledge and experience to transition to a full Consultant role with confidence.

      Experienced Consultants benefit from on-going mentoring on a one to one basis specifically tailored to their requirements. We pride ourselves on using the same consultative approach given to our clients to our staff.

    • Our trainees have a mapped route into a 360˚ Consultant’s role specialising in their own technology or market area. Career progression is important with the opportunity as a Senior Consultant to mentor new trainees leading to managing your own team of billing Consultants and Researchers.
